Water

The first step to good health is to make sure you have proper hydration. Make sure you are getting at least 64 ounces (1/2 gal.) of pure water daily. I find the easiest and least expensive way to obtain pure and great tasting water is to fill your own container from a pure water machine at your local grocery store or from one of the kiosks on the street. I am not in favor of your drinking water having fluoride added, more on this later. This will help flush toxins out of your system. A little lemon juice may be added for additional flavor and health benefit if desired.
